The Recruitment Process
Angel Heart values itself on providing the best quality care to all our customers, period. To ensure that the service is maintained, Angel Heart has to employ the right people to deliver the service our customers want. Angel Heart achieves this by following a stringent recruitment process, providing core training, specialist and QCF courses for all carers.
Once an application is received and processed, those invited for an interview and are short listed will undergo the Disclosure and barring Service (DBS) check, formally known as The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.
